By: The Mindanao Today (News) COTABATO CITY—Parliamentary Members of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority filed a resolution condemning, in the strongest possible terms, the bombing incident that ripped through Dimaporo Gymnasium at Mindanao State University in Marawi City during a Catholic mass service last December 3. The proposed resolution provides that the free exercise and enjoyment of religious professions and worship without discrimination or preference shall forever be allowed, as stated in Section 5 and Article 3 of the 1987 Philippine Constitution.
