By: The Mindanao Today (Regional) COTABATO CITY – The construction of the P2.15-M multi-purpose learning center at Cotabato State University, Cotabato City, was officially started. With the initiative of Member of Parliament (MP) Diamila Disimban-Ramos, the groundbreaking ceremony for the project was held on Thursday, July 27. It was held in Barangay Sugod Proper of Marawi City, Lanao del Sur. This program is an initiative of the office of MP Ramos and MBHTE-TESDA-Lanao del Sur that aims to promote the improvement of the quality of life of the beneficiaries through training and cultivating their skills in the agricultural sector. Their agricultural crop production training will last for 56 days, with 3 days in the Values Transformation Training in the last part.
